Kristin Ferguson

Kristin Ferguson manages strategic projects and higher education outreach for the Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council. In her role, she has supported the development of initiatives, tools and resources to green campuses from the inside out as well make healthy, resource-efficient learning communities a message that will resonate with mainstream audiences. Of note, Kristin has managed the development of The Princeton Review’s Guide to 322 Green Colleges now in its third year of publication and covered by USA Today, the New York Times and the Huffington Post, among other outlets. Kristin has spoken on behalf of USGBC and the Center for Green Schools to thousands of stakeholders since she started with the organization in 2008. Kristin previously worked on philanthropic partnerships for the International Finance Corporation as well as investor relations for School Ventures, a start-up company benefitting schools for the poor in Africa. Kristin is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College.
